The owner is warm and friendly personality. Our kids enjoyed the moments in the outdoor pool. Located in a quiet spot in Tolo (away from the crowded main street), yet close to the beach and super market and bakery. Good service. Nicely remodeled master bedroom. The kitchen allows cooking for our family of 5. Good pots/pans!

The staff was very friendly. The apartment was basic but o.k., from the balcony you have a beautiful view on the see. Tolo is a very busy town, with a lot of tourists, shops and restaurants.

Good quiet location within short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach suitable also for small kids. Nice pool area. Beautiful view from balcony of appartment (not in ground level appartments). Easy to find with the map, which was kindly sent by email after I had done reservation. We were welcomed with friendly smile even if we arrived 5:30 am and I had to wake up the owner.

Located near the beach and restaurants, this hotel is also close to the peninsula. the pool is wonderful and clean, and there is always space for swimming and playing. the staff is helpful and friendly, giving plenty of good advice about local restaurants.

The air conditioning is not the strongest, which can make it difficult to cool down the rooms on hot nights.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions I had, from recommending restaurants to providing doctor recommendations for my child. The pool was superb, very clean and sunny, and there was enough parking space available outside with no problems. The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the restaurants and beach.

One air conditioning unit for a three-room apartment made it difficult to evenly cool all rooms. The kitchenette was small and not very functional.

Great location close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and provide advice on things to do and see in the area. the spacious apartments were comfortable and well-furnished with all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. the pool was clean and a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

The sound insulation was poor, which resulted in regular noise from the apartments above. the parking could be a bit of an issue at times, and the WiFi quality was not the best, disconnecting frequently.
